Diederick van Thiel (42): Cool Executive Officer
Diederick van Thiel is founder of The Cool House N.V. Until December 31, 2009, he was Director of Marketing for Retail banking at ING. Prior to that, he held several (senior) management positions at KPN Mobile and Vodafone. Diederick also founded the online incubator brands-on-the-web.com and wifi-hotspot operator Nauticnet. Diederick gained international experience in India and Germany.
After his studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam, he started his career as a consultant with VODW Marketing.
Diederick wrote the books ‘Banking in 2020’ and ‘Cool! Winst door belevingsmarketing’ (Cool! Profit through Experience Marketing) (www.coolmunity.nl). For the latter, he received a nomination for the Dutch Marketing Literature Prize 2009. Diederick teaches Experience & Interactive marketing at the Groningen AOG School of Management and Future of Financial Industries at TIAS Nimbas in Tilburg.
Rosali Waleson (48): Cool Commercial Officer
Rosali Waleson is founder of The Cool House N.V. She used to be commercial director at Alex Investment Bank and held various (senior) management positions at American Express, De Goudse Insurance and Yves Rocher. Rosali gained extensive international experience in France, England and Germany.
Rosali is listed in the top-100 of Dutch women in marketing and is seated in the Supervisory Board of RTV Noord Holland.
